What is your lead time?
Once you place your order online, and payment is confirmed, a proof will be emailed to you by the end of the next business day (If you do not receive your proof by end of the next day please check your spam box to make sure it is not there). Most orders ship within 3 business days of the approval of the proof. Large orders and certain products are subject to additional lead times. In these instances, it will be noted in the product description or we will contact you to let you know.
What happens when I place my order?

Look over this proof for any spelling, grammar, or any other errors you may see. This is very important. What you approve is what we create for you. After you have approved the proof, your order will be processed. Most orders ship within 3 business days of the approval of the proof. Large orders are subject to additional lead times.
Does my price include engraving and/or printing?
Yes, engraving and/or printing is included in the price. The amount of text is unlimited. The size of your text will be adjusted in size to accommodate the difference.
Can I change my order?
Due to our quick turnaround times, we begin work immediately on your order. If you need to change an order, please contact us to see if this is possible. We will do everything we can to work with you.
Can I cancel my order?
Because all of our products are custom engraved, we’re unable to cancel orders once we begin production.
