Will I receive a proof for my items?
Yes, once you have completed payment, you will receive a proof by the end of the following business day, excluding weekends and holidays. (If you do not receive your proof by end of the next day, please check your spam box to make sure it is not there) Look over this proof for any spelling, grammar, or other errors you may see. This is very important. MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT. You are responsible for it once approval is made. All approved proofs are considered final. Orders are run exactly how they are approved. We are sorry, but orders ran as they are proofed cannot be refunded. If you need changes to the original proof, please make all of them at this time. We will make those changes and resend the updated proof. The 1st revision is free. After that there will be a $5.00 fee for each additional proof. Once you have given your approval, your order will be processed.
On simpler items, you may choose to skip the proofing process. Just make a note on your order in the comments section. This will speed up the delivery time on your product.
Why does my proof look blurry?
The proof you receive will be in low resolution, so it will look a little blurry. It will not look this way when it is engraved or printed. If we see something that we think will not engrave or print properly, we will notify you.
Why haven't I received my proof?
Proofs are e-mailed the business day following the placement of your order. If your order was placed after 8:30 a.m. CST on Friday, you should expect to receive your proof on Monday. If you should have received your proof by now, but have not, please double-check your spam or junk e-mail folder. Otherwise, you are welcome to give us a call, too. If when you created your order, you were using an MSN or HOTMAIL e-mail address, please call us at 615-879-3649. We will need an alternate e-mail to send you a proof. Our e-mails will not go through to these accounts.
